Meet The Team
Coach Joseph
Joseph Brown is the Head 7th Grade Coach at Fort Mill Middle School and has been developing volleyball players in the Fort Mill area since 2024. With over a year of hands-on player development experience, he is committed to helping young athletes grow both on and off the court through strong fundamentals, confidence-building, and positive coaching.
During his first season at Fort Mill Middle School, Joseph led his team to an impressive 18–1 record and a Region Championship, demonstrating his ability to build competitive, disciplined, and high-performing athletes. In addition to his middle school success, he also serves as the Head Coach for the CJV 12 Select Travel Team, where he continues to develop players at a high level of training and competition.
Joseph’s playing background includes being a member of the first Northwestern men’s volleyball team in 2023, where he contributed to the program’s inaugural playoff berth. His experience as both a coach and player fuels his passion for teaching the game, motivating athletes, and creating an environment where players can thrive.
